Our property management firm specializes in energy save maintenance full services that are tailored
to your building, home or commercial offices. We provide our customers
with fast and reliable handymen and contractors services. Our goal
is to offer the best service at the lowest price to create a satisfied client base.
· We inspect the overall condition of
the property: plumbing, electrical, non-working items, etc.
· We create a checklist of the specific needs of the building
or house. Then, we design a maintenance plan that we will present to you for your approval.
· In case there are repairs to be
done, we will work with our team of professionals in order to find the best and most economical solution.
· Estimates are free.
· We do not charge annually. If the customer choose a permanent maintenance, our fees start
at 100 dollars per month, on a month to month basis, and increase according to the dimensions and equipment of the property.
· Our
services cover a monthly overall inspection and the change of light bulbs (materials at the customer's expense)
